What this site is — and is not
This site describes our Azure cost-optimization services, lets you model a savings scenario, and lets you request a free savings check. It is information, not an engagement. No consulting relationship is created by browsing the site, submitting a form, or receiving our reply.
Estimates are indicative
The numbers produced by the 2-minute check and the scenario tool are indicative estimates, built from the ranges you select and patterns we see across Azure environments. They are not a quote, not a guarantee, and not the basis of any fee. The real number comes from the free savings check, run on your actual cost data — that is the figure we stand behind.
No professional-advice reliance
Content on this site is general information. It is not financial, legal, or tax advice, and it does not account for your specific situation. Do not make significant decisions on the strength of website content alone — that is what the savings check is for.
Engagements
Any actual engagement is governed exclusively by the separately signed engagement agreement — two pages, plain language — together with the mutual NDA and DPA where applicable. These website terms do not create an engagement, and nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance. If these terms and a signed agreement ever conflict, the signed agreement wins.
Intellectual property
The content, design, branding, and tooling on this site belong to VALOR CONSULTING or its licensors. You are welcome to read, link, and share. You may not copy, scrape, republish, or commercially reuse the content or the scenario tooling without written permission.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to disrupt, probe, or overload the site or its forms.
- Do not use automated tools to bulk-extract content or submit forms.
- Do not upload material you have no right to share, or anything unlawful, through the document upload.
Liability
The site is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or from reliance on indicative estimates. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Privacy
How we handle personal data is set out in our privacy policy. Short version: no tracking cookies, EU hosting, deleted on request.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top changes when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction], and any dispute belongs to the courts of [Jurisdiction].
